DETERMINE HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU LIKE— Do you pile several heavy blankets on yourself to achieve a level of comfort? If you are unsure, we recommend choosing a Weighted Blanket based on following; lower pressure, about 6-8% of your weight.  For medium pressure use 10% of your body weight as a general guide. If you prefer more pressure, you can choose a Weighted Blanket that is 12-13% of your weight. NEVER EXCEED 15%!
