Sensory Goods Return Policy

Our desire is for your complete satisfaction as a customer of Sensory Goods. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please notify us immediately so that we may assist in resolving the issue for you. If you receive any product that is damaged, then please notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the returns procedure below. If you desire to exchange or return your product, please follow the instructions below.

EXCHANGES:

Need a different size or a different item? It’s our pleasure to assist you!

We are happy to make an exchange within 10 days of receipt of your order for a different product, size, or weight. Please note that some personal use products are ineligible for return or exchange (i.e. Oral Motor Toys). Only new products in sellable condition are eligible for exchange.

Please call us at 1-800-875-7367 for assistance with making an exchange. After we receive the exchange item from you, we will send your new product. Exchanges over $99.00 in value will be shipped free to locations in the continental United States. If there is a difference in price, we will make the adjustment on your original method of payment.


RETURNS:

You have 30 days to return your item to receive a full refund. To be eligible, the product must be in new condition with all original packaging and the original order receipt.

You, our customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. This amount will be subtracted from your refund after we have received and inspected your item at our facility.

All opened or used product returns will be fully inspected and depending on the condition, no more than 80% of the original price will be refunded, depending upon condition.

*Sale, clearance items and all medical weighted products (Vinyl Weighted Blankets) are non-returnable – please see our two-year warranty below.

To make a return is as simple as A, B, C:

  1. Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by emailing us atreturns@sensorygoods.com. Please include in your email request:

(1) the order number (2) product name (3) quantity (4) and reason(s) why you wish to make your return.

After we review and approve your request, you will receive from us in an email an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label to return your goods.

  1. Securely pack the item(s) to arrive to us in good condition. Ship the item(s) to the shipping address that is provided to you with the authorization number. Please include the RMA number, your name and address on the outside of the box. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused so please be sure to include it.
  2. We will refund your purchase once we receive the item in good, saleable condition. You will receive a refund within five business days after receipt of your return.



Sensory Goods Two-Year Limited Warranty for Weighted Blanket

Beginning with purchases made in 2019 and after, if your weighted blanket has a manufacturing defect, and you have owned it for less than two years, we will gladly repair or replace your blanket at our discretion. Our warranty begins the day your product was shipped to you, ending two calendar years later. This warranty does not cover any lost or stolen blankets, or damage to a blanket such as burns, tears, rips, punctures, gnawing or cuts or other usual wear and tear on the product.
